At Begins with Skin Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.

1) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

2) Return Period

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of purchase.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, perishable goods, digital downloads, and custom items are not eligible for return.

4) Return Process

5) Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7) Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us.
